High-speed Timer

This is a purpose TIMH(015) operates a decrementing timer with units of 10ms. The setting range for the set value (SV) is 0 to 99.99s. The timer accuracy is 0 to 0.01s.

by time in S.set value is decrement from 500 to 0 (5 second)
